Robin Schwing, staffing specialist, is college degreed and has worked as both a corporate and an independent recruiter. She has insight from both sides of the recruiting industry. Ms. Schwing's corporate recruiting experience comes from fortune 500 companies such as Federal Express (formerly known as Roadway Services, Inc.) and Cisco Systems (formerly known as Aironet Wireless Communications, Inc., a wireless subsidiary of Telxon). Ms. Schwing spent 4 years in a successful, independent recruiting partnership, then founded First Choice Recruiting in 2003 when her partner retired. Ms. Schwing has also managed a nationally known personnel services firm, (Adia Personal) in Chicago, IL. Other staff members are located in branch offices in Columbus, OH and Cleveland, OH.
