SAP HR PA Senior/Managing Consultant

Min. 5 yrs. SAP HR PA configuration, implementation, & project lead experience on large & complex projects within the past 7 yrs. Secondary module experience in Recruiting, Performance / Career / Succession Mgmt, or Compensation. Prior employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; Project mgmt. experience on full life-cycle SAP HR version 4.6+ work streams or engagements.
The SAP HR Managing Cons / Team Lead (MC/TL) is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Payroll module. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, config, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions.
The MC/TL will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The MC/TL provides hands-on leadership & mentoring to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The MC/TL has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities
