Retail/POS Help Desk/Call Center

Retail Technical Customer Service/Call Center support - $14 - $17 per hour - 6 to 18 month contract that could go perm. No relo; no sponsorship
This is a software and F&I Forms support/call center position. Experience in retail or automotive software is highly desired. Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and communicate to customers and peers effectively. This position is 100% phone support to our dealers; willingness to learn, take on a challenge and think outside of basic functional area is a must. Candidate must possess the following requirements: Proficient in Windows environment, Previous end user phone support experience, Experience with report writer functions, database queries and/or programming a must. Candidate must be flexible to work any shift between the hours of 8:30am & 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:30-5:00pm on Saturdays. Schedules are created according to business needs. Skills: MS Outlook, SQL, Crystal Reports, DOS, Customer Service.
