Tailored Recruiting Packages
First Choice Recruiting fees are payable only if a candidate enters into a service relationship
with your company. Our firm has three standard packages which are consistently more affordable than those offered
by our competitors.

20% of the candidates annual salary payable over 3 months in equal increments. |

25% of the candidates annual salary payable over 6 months in equal increments. |

30% of the candidates annual salary payable in equal increments (1/12th) of the amount over the first 3 months, (offering a trial
period); then over the next 2 months as 2 equal payments for the remainder of the balance. |
If your company has a particular need that is not addressed in these standard packages, please inform us, and we will work to develop a custom package for you.
Additional services offered to build a strong business relationship
As a preferred vendor for your company, First Choice
understands that recruiting services are typically only needed for
difficult searches. We have a database of over 6000 active rsumes
of IT and Engineering candidates (as well as resumes for other ancillary
positions affiliated with the high-tech industry, such as Technical
Writers, Marketing Specialists, Financial Professionals, and Administrative
Staff). We send only those candidates who match your job spec. Initially
we target only your regional area for candidates to keep the cost
of relocation to a minimum.
